About Store Pick Up

If you choose "Store Pick Up" as your shipping method at the check out, please follow the steps below.

• Please contact us to let us know when you will come to pick your item up on the ordering date.

• Or you can call us to the numbers below

• Our office hour is 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST Mon to Fri (Except holidays)
• Please come to our pick up location on the time and date you requested. Our pick up location is,
      1816 W. 135th Street
      Gardena, CA 90249
• When you arrive at the location, please call the number above, and please wait in your car.  
• Please cover your mouth and nose using face mask or face covering.
• We will bring your item to your car. We will request you signature on the receipt for proof of receiving.

チェックアウト時に、発送方法として"Store Pick Up" を選択された場合は、以下の手順に従ってお受取の手続きをお願いいたします。

• 以下のいずれかの方法で、ピックアップにご来店いただける日時をご連絡ください。恐れ入りますがご注文当日中にご連絡ください。

• 受取可能な日時は 9:00AM から 5:00PM（月～金、祝日を除く）となります。
• 以下のロケーションまで、ご予約の日時にお越しください。

• お越しになられましたら、上記の電話番号までご連絡いただき、お車の中でお待ちください。
• 恐れ入りますがお越しの際には鼻と口をフェイスマスクなどで覆ってくださいますようお願いいたします。
• 担当者がご注文の品をお車までお運びします。お渡しの際にレシートに受取のサインをお願いいたします。
