Use the Vitality Plate for low-impact exercise that increases metabolic functions, improves balance and flexibility, and burns fat. It offers three forms of movement: side-to-side (horizontal), up-and-down (oscillation), and a combination of the two that we refer to as "3D," which activates your muscles by creating an unstable and constantly moving surface. It features 3 automatic programs, a wide, non-slip platform, 10 vibration speeds, and a Central Pivoting System that allows you to adjust the intensity based on how far away you are from the center of the plate. The Vitality Plate also includes optional, detachable arm resistance bands that allow you to easily add arm, chest, and shoulder exercises to get a full-body workout.

Factory-Certified Open Box
Factory-Certified items are primarily customer returns, so they may be opened and come without any packaging, or else some of the original packaging may be missing or the box may be torn. These items are certified to ensure that they are in perfect working order and are otherwise fully functional.

Return Policy
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Restrictions on Shipping Addresses

Pikumii currently ships to addresses the United States only.
Please note that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 12 noon PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will be able to follow the progress of the order as it is in transit to the shipping address.
Shipping times are estimated strictly on transit days and do not include processing time.
We process and ship from our warehouse in Southern California.
FedEx Ground shipping takes about 2-7 business days to locations in the Continental United States from our warehouse.
Once an order has been picked up for shipping, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package. Any issues while in transit will be addressed with the carrier directly.
We do not refund any shipping costs due to weather delays or other issues that are out of the control of the carrier. Any updates or delays can be checked using the tracking number issued to you when the order is successfully shipped.

RETURN POLICY

At Pikumii, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason there is an issue with items purchased from our website please see our Return Policy below.

Full Refund: Up to 14 days from delivery date when returning unused, unworn, and unopened products including original product packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Exchange/Replacement: We will replace defective or damaged products as long as we are notified within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping will be covered by Pikumii.
Exceptions: Factory refurbished items or Factory certified open box items or any products which shows specific notification about return policy on the product detail page will not be covered by regular return policy above.

Additional Details

On all “Full Refund” requests, the cost of the items and sales tax will be refunded not including original shipping charges.
Any items returned without original packaging or that are deemed used may not qualify for a full refund or may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
Pikumii reserves the right to refuse any return claim if the required information for a return cannot be provided.

Once we have received the item and processed it, we will post your refund.

Allow up to 7 business days to update the information in our system.
All refund requests will be posted to the original credit card used.
Refunds to the original credit card should appear in 3-5 business days, but may take longer depending on the bank that holds the account.
Replacement requests will be shipped via UPS ground and you will receive notification of a new tracking number once the request has been processed.

返品・交換について

pikumii.com では特に商品ページに表記がある場合を除き、お届け日から14日以内の返品は理由を問わずお受けしております。
商品が未使用・未開封の場合はお買い物総額、全額返金致します。
ただし、商品の返送コストについてはお客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。

なお、初期不良や発送中の破損などにつきましてもお届けから14日以内であれば、新品と交換させていただきます。
その場合の返送コストは pikumii.com にて負担させていただきます。
